This intensive workshop is perfect for the advanced home cook who is looking to learn the theory and science of food.Our Boiling cooking class will guide you through three exquisite dishes that are as delightful to make as they are to eat. From creamy risotto to a refreshing salad and delicate tortellini, this class has something for every palate!
