Come see what S.L.A.M. is all about! Join us for a week of FREE workouts, fun themes, and an amazing community of moms. Whether you're brand new or have been thinking about trying a class, this is the perfect week to jump in!
🗓 All workouts begin at 8:30 AM
📍 Post Theater Parking Lot
Schedule:
💪 Monday: S.L.A.M.
🍉 Tuesday: Watermelon S.L.A.M. + Playgroup
🧘 Wednesday: Yoga
💪 Thursday: S.L.A.M.
💧 Friday: Dress Like Your Water Bottle Workout
🏓 Saturday: Pickleball Moms' Night Out
Come to one class or join us all week—it's completely up to you! No matter which day you choose, you'll get a great workout, meet incredible moms, and experience the community that makes S.L.A.M. so special.
What to bring:
✨ Water bottle
✨ Dumbbells (helpful, but coaches will have extras if you need them)
✨ Exercise mat (helpful, but we can provide one if needed)
Little ones are always welcome! Children under 5 should ride safely in a stroller or wagon during class.
