With tryout season quickly approaching, Big Hitters is exited to announce an Open House for rising 3rd, 4th and 5th grade baseball players in Columbia, Missouri and the surrounding Mid-Missouri area.
Stop by Big Hitters from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27. We will have open cages where you can catch, throw and hit. You’ll get a chance to see the facility and learn what we have to offer. The open house is totally free, and you don’t need to pre-register. Just show up and play some baseball!
Big Hitters is Columbia’s premier baseball training and development facility. The facility is owned by Danny Hill. Danny played professionally in the Blue Jays system, and was a 3rd round draft pick from the University of Missouri. Our other instructors include Colby Fitch (AAA L.A. Angels), Clay Helvey (AAA SF Giants), Blake Tiberi (NY Mets system), Jake Deakins (CC), Tre Morris (University of Missouri), and Kyle Brown (University of Missouri).
Big Hitters also serves as the home of Columbia College baseball, the Warriors Baseball Club youth baseball program, and the U.S. Nationals Midland high school baseball program.
