Join the instructors of the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute for a build-your-own-burger party, explore our state-of-the-art facilities, and learn about our 6-month certificate program. If you love food, our accelerated and completely unique program can fast-track your career and broaden your network. Financial assistance available.

Make your own burger in one of our teaching labs, learning new skills with our chef-instructors. We will be leading campus tours throughout the event, where you can see NOCHI's teaching kitchens, classrooms, and event spaces. Questions about your application? Not sure where to start?
