Open Hearts Convo: HELP! I'm An Imposter

Just like open heart surgery, Open Heart Convos (OHC) is about getting close to matters of our hearts. 

This round we'll be talking about the topic of:

"Help! I'm an imposter" 

Come join us if you've been harboring a sense of imposter syndrome, whether at your job, studies, relationships or even in life... It's a lot of anxiety to deal on our own - the feeling that people might "finally" see through us, or that we'll somehow be discovered for the imposter we are. 

 About OHC: 

 This is monthly 1.5 hour online event where we will come together to share in a topic close to our hearts. 

Our facilitators will help to establish safe space guidelines, including confidentiality, empathy and kindness, so we can all have this time to be open and true to our hearts.
