The Spring Retreat will be May 17-19 at Benet Hill Monastery. The topic will be Gratitude, Compassion and Equanimity. There will be sitting, walking and lying down meditations, Dharma talks, yoga, discussions and solitude, and good food this weekend. Kristen's sound healing will offer a deep meditation and healing.
KRISTEN HARPER WILL BE OFFERING SOUND HEALING MEDITATIONS AT THE RETREAT. THIS WILL BE A VERY SPECIAL ADDITION TO OUR RETREAT.
