TSM is particularly effective for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
What is TSM?
The Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM) is an experiential and action-oriented therapy that helps individuals explore and heal their inner selves. The approach combines elements of psychodrama, and group therapy to help clients foster personal growth.
Fee: $80 per session
