Join us for a focused and intelligently structured 2-hour flexibility workshop designed to help you safely explore deeper ranges of motion while building strength and awareness.
We’ll begin with a comprehensive warm-up targeting the joints and core to properly prepare the body for deeper work. From there, we’ll move into progressive hip and hamstring exercises, exploring front splits, middle splits, and straddle variations with an emphasis on strength, control, and alignment.
In the second half, we’ll shift our attention to backbends. You’ll learn how to properly prepare the body through intentional core work and back activation exercises before moving into shoulder-opening techniques that support safe and sustainable spinal extension.
We’ll close with a thoughtful cool-down designed to neutralize the spine and reinforce core engagement to support long-term back health.
This workshop will include guided partner adjustments to help you better understand your body’s unique structure and range. Participants will gain hands-on experience both receiving and offering feedback, creating a deeper sense of body awareness and mutual learning.
By the end of the workshop, you won’t just feel more open — you’ll have a clearer understanding of how your body moves and how to train flexibility safely and effectively.
