The initiative builds artistic community by providing a platform for shared creative expression. Open Field is open to work by emerging, mid-career, and established poets. The project is organized by CCA with the Consulting Curator of Poetry, Alexandra Jo. Open Field puts poetry in front of the public in slides shown before CCA films, and will culminate in an open mic event at CCA on June 11th, 2022 at 7:00 pm. Featured poets are Alexandra Jo, Adrian Coffey and Sonya Burke, followed by a poetry open mic.
