About The Event

With Healthcare.gov Open Enrollment season starting November 1 and our continued Medicaid enrollment and re-enrollment work full speed ahead, it is that time again to get energized and ramp up our efforts to help our communities connect to coverage.

The Milwaukee Enrollment Network (MKEN) and Covering Wisconsin are co-hosting a press conference and community learning event on November 12 at Outreach Community Health Center to kick off this Open Enrollment season and reinforce the urgency around Medicaid enrollment activities.

The Milwaukee Enrollment Network and Covering Wisconsin invite you to join us for a Community Learning Breakfast, where you will:

• Enjoy free breakfast and music
• Learn about Medicaid renewal
• Learn about HealthCare.gov Open Enrollment (November 1., 2024 - January 15, 2025)
• Learn about the local resources available to you and your clients to best connect them to enrollment support or insurance
• Meet other representatives from community-based organizations
• Meet representatives from the Milwaukee Qualified Health Plans

Prior to the Community Learning Breakfast, there will also be a press conference with local leaders, speaking about the importance of health insurance coverage.

Now is the time to make sure our community is covered.
