Open Door Kitchen is turning ONE!
Join us on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. as we celebrate our first year in business!
Come to the Dovercourt lobby to purchase some of our delicious soups, meet our amazing team, and help us celebrate a year of good food, meaningful work, and new opportunities.
We’d love to celebrate this milestone with you. Come hungry, enjoy some soup and celebratory dessert, and buy some brand-new merch. Let’s celebrate together!
Open Door Kitchen is a community-based social enterprise started by the Dovercourt Recreation Association. We create meaningful employment pathways for people with developmental disabilities—individuals who are too often excluded from traditional workplaces.
