About this Event
The Royal College of Art excels in world-leading art and design research with real-world impact. Our research is characterised by its roots in creative and innovative practice, by engagement with partners in business, industry, government and communities, by a focus on addressing today’s global challenges, and by collaboration across disciplines, particularly in science, engineering, technology and medicine.
At this Open Day you will learn more about the RCA's Research programmes, meet our Head of Research and tutors from your programme of interest.
Participating programmes include

- Arts & Humanities (MPhil/PhD)
- Communication (MPhil/PhD)
- Design (MPhil/PhD)
- Architecture (MPhil/PhD)
We are also able to answer questions about programmes situated in our Research centres, including:
- Computer Science (MPhil/PhD)
- Intelligent Mobility (MPhil/PhD)
- Materials Science (MPhil/PhD)
- Robotics (MPhil/PhD)

All of our buildings are wheelchair accessible and we welcome visitors with guide dogs. You are also welcome to arrive a bit earlier and sit in our reception areas ahead of the event starting.
