Try out the gym and exercise classes with a FREE 3-day pass. There will be free gym inductions and fitness training plans available on the day with our fitness advisors and gym challenges to take part in for a chance to win prizes.
Our leisure team will be giving tours of the centre, free Boditrax assessments and you can get your blood pressure checked on the day too!
Plus, anyone that signs up for a membership at the centre during the open day won’t pay a joining fee (SAVING £15) and you'll also be entered in our prize draw for a chance to win a fitness hamper worth over £50!
Bouncy castle - 10am-2pm
Bring your little ones along to have fun on our bouncy castle in the sports hall with soft play, scooters and trikes! Adult supervision is required.
Group Cycle 20-minute virtual classes - These sessions will run every 30 minutes from 9am onwards – No booking required - just turn up!
Instructor-led exercise classes:
HIITSTEP, 9.30-10.15am
KettleFit, 10.30-11.15am
Couch2Kilos, 11.30am-12.15pm (please note: this session is a women-only session as part of Her Spirit)
