Join us for our Open Day at Galway Hooker Sailing Club and get a behind-the-scenes look at our beautiful boats, upcoming restoration projects and the passionate crew that keeps the club afloat!
What to expect:
• Meet the crew and join us for a cuppa
• Get up close with our traditional Galway Hookers
• Learn about the restoration of the Claddagh – and how you could be part of it
• We’re on the lookout for carpenters, boatbuilders and anyone handy with tools to join our project
• Find out how to get involved, whether you’re into sailing, boatbuilding or just love the culture
No experience? No problem.
Just bring curiosity and an interest in what the club does.
