Open Day: Design Futures (MA)
About this Event
Thinking about your next creative step? Join us at our on-campus Open Day for Design Futures (MA), meet tutors and students from your programme of interest, and get a look at the campus and facilities.
What to expect
Join us for a panel discussion with Design Futures faculty and recent graduates in the UK, India, and China. We will hear about career paths after graduation, how the futures field is evolving, and where design futures expertise can play a role across consultancies, corporations, and think tanks. Graduates will share experiences about the job market, what to expect as an early career designer, as well as recommendations on interesting organisations and initiatives to watch out for.
Full schedule of events:
- 11.30am – Registration & refreshments
- 12pm – Alumni panel & Q&A
- 1pm – Networking with faculty and students
- 2pm – End
The alumni panel will be livestreamed so you can attend this event online as well. For access, register for an online ticket and we will send you the livestream link before the event.
We'd love you to join for all parts of the event but if you can only join for part of it, that's fine too.
