You’ll learn interpersonal skills such as conflict management, to help stay in control, even if emotions are raging!
And you’ll create reliable self-defence skills to keep you safe, confident & assertive when out and about.

We’re excited to invite you to our Open Day to experience a taster of kickboxing.
Come and enjoy a free taster session, meet the coaches and ask any questions you might have.
When: Saturday 6th September 2025
9am - Ladies-Only
10am - Dragons (5-8yrs)
11am - Juniors (8-12yrs)
12noon - Teens & Adults (13 yrs +)
Sessions will include an introduction to kick-boxing and self-defence. You do not need to be fit or strong to start, just come along and have a go with other beginners like yourself!
Where: Blaze Martial Arts, Venture Way, Priorswood Industrial Estate, Taunton TA2 8DG
What to wear: Any comfortable training clothes, t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, leggings & hoodies are ideal. Please bring a bottle of water with you.
