Join us at Movement Matters Collective for an engaging and insightful event where we will explore the interconnectedness of our personal, professional and menstruating journeys. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, we will delve into how our menstrual cycles influence our business/personal lives, and vice versa. This in-person gathering promises to be a space for meaningful connections, deep reflections, and valuable insights.

We'll be providing some general education & guided discussion on how to feel empowered during our moon cycles. Also, enjoy a movement energy flow with Latoya McKelvin of Movement Matters Collective after our empowering discussion.
