Through personal stories and candid conversation, this session offers a closer look at how peer support shapes real experiences within the mental health system. Grounded in lived experience, the discussion highlights the moments that influence whether support feels accessible, effective, and worth staying connected to. These sessions are free and open to families, community advocates & leaders, and anyone who wants a clearer picture of how the mental health support system works in practice.
