Practice starts at 6:30 with a quick chat about what folks are working on. When you enter, write some stuff on the whiteboard. Feel empowered to set your own goals and find people working on things that mesh and move through the groups at your own pace. If you are completely lost Toni and Rachel are available to run a short practice game to inspire you.
Tripod / filming set ups available. We highly recommend filming your dancing to identify areas to work on or things you especially like. If there’s interest we can also practice watching videos of ourselves dancing (oof).
When everyone’s brains are tired from thinking we can also just dance a lil idk

- any questions you have (we’re all nerds here)
