Cone Man Running Productions is excited to announce auditions for its upcoming short play festival, Five Minute Mile - Holiday Edition! We are searching for a diverse ensemble of actors of all ages to bring to life 33 five-minute plays and monologues in a dynamic and ever-changing rotation of performances.
Each show will feature 20 pieces—8 pre-selected, 6 drawn at random by the audience, and the final 6 chosen by the audience based on the show title and a brief description. This engaging and unique format promises an exciting challenge for the cast.

Dates:
Saturday, October 5: 12 PM - 3 PM
Sunday, October 6: 2 PM - 5 PM
Location: 1824 Spring Street, Studio 233, Houston, TX 77007
What We’re Looking For: 8-10 versatile actors who can take on a wide range of roles in both drama and comedy.
Audition Format: Open call, featuring sides from the selected scripts.
Rehearsal & Performance Schedule:
Rehearsals: October 21 - December 5 (flexible, based on the availability of the cast and directors)
Performances:
o Friday, December 6: 8 PM
o Saturday, December 7: 8 PM
o Sunday, December 8 (Matinee): 3 PM
o Friday, December 13: 8 PM
o Saturday, December 14: 8 PM
o Monday, December 16 (Industry Night): 8 PM
o Thursday, December 19: 8 PM
o Friday, December 20: 8 PM
o Saturday, December 21: 8 PM
