OPEN ALMS is a new series of events hosted at Plot 22 to make charitable fundraising events possible, with a sustainable model for local promoters. Much like our LOCAL series, we work alongside local artists and promoters to create incentives for everybody from dancers to DJs to create an accessible rave experience! Please support the first in this series as we collaborate with Bummit to bring you DON'T FRET THE SWEAT. Big love!
GIVING w/ DON'T FRET THE SWEATBUMMIT CHARITY FUNDRAISER
Don’t Fret the Sweat is here to bring you some big base tunes that’ll have you skanking all night long!
This student-led night will feature a range of genres. Starting off with some groovy house to get you swaying before some of our brilliant student DJs will start to ramp it up as the night goes on, finishing off with some serious jungle. All these sounds will be brought to you in the amazing venue that is plot 22.
This is also a charity event, with all proceeds going towards the 5 amazing charities supported by the UoS Bummit Society (City of Sanctuary, Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme, Mum's United, Roundabout and YUCOM), more info about these can be here).
