OPA-Cize is back starting Sept. 10! Dance, laugh, and shout “OPA!” at this high-energy, Greek-inspired fitness class—no experience or RSVP needed. Just $7 and a smile! Classes are on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM at St. Sophia’s Church Hall in Albany. Even better? 50% of the proceeds benefit the Albany Therapeutic Riding Center.
