For ages 8-12. In these classes we will be exploring:
Op art- abstract art with optical illusion.
Pop Art-a celebration of commonplace objects and elevation of the everyday to the level of fine art.
Abstract Art-art that does not represent an accurate depiction of visual reality, communicating instead through lines, shapes, colors, form, gestural marks.

We will learn many famous artists such as M. C. Escher, Jackson Pollock, Andy Warhol, and many more well known and less known artists. We will create fun art projects that will help us learn about these artists and the art they did.
