United Pool Players Association Tournament Rules. 1st and 2nd every week automatically entered into Winners Tourney the last Tuesday Bi-monthly with a $50 buy in. We are a diverse and awesome community here at the Oak, and are always welcoming new players, every week has an average of 12-20 players and never fails to be a great time.
