Onyx Youth Orchestras ("OYO") Summer Session

Advanced middle and high school musicians are invited to register for the Onyx Youth Orchestras Summer Session. This half-day camp is two weeks long, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM Monday through Friday, June 17 through 28, plus concert day on Saturday, June 29. Session attendees will develop their orchestral performance skills, including a sprinkling of music history and theory. The Session will develop the participants as artists, encourage collaboration and creativity, and boost their confidence.

After completing this registration form, students will be assigned to either the Onyx Youth Symphony or Onyx Concert Orchestra, based on experience.

Tuition for the Summer Session is $300. Five need-based scholarships are available, to be awarded based on a letter from the student's family describing their financial hardship. Tuition must be paid at the time of registration, unless a scholarship is requested.
