About the Workshop:
This healing circle focuses on addressing the emotional aspects of weight and body image through the lens of inner child healing.
Participants engage in guided exercises and discussions that explore the connection between past experiences, emotions, and their current relationship with their bodies. The concept of the inner child, representing the younger, more vulnerable self within, is utilized as a powerful tool for understanding and healing deep-seated wounds related to body image.
About Mitali Akarte:
Mitali is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transpersonal Regression Therapist, and Coach with a master’s degree in Applied Psychology.
Intrigued by Psychology, in 2007, she decided to study it for her bachelor’s at Sophia College, Mumbai. She pursued it further when she chose to do a master’s program in Applied Psychology at Mumbai University in 2011.
