This September New Moon we will Journey with Gongs and Cacao (optional). I will guide you through the veil into the spirit realm of the lower world, where we will call upon the spirit of Mama Bear.
This time is also celebrated as our Autumn equinox in the northern hemisphere. This is a sacred time, when we can reflect on what we have manifested this year, to celebrate how far we have come, and make space for new growth too. As we go within to reflect we can call on our power animals. Especially helpful at this time is the spirit of Mama Bear, she is unafraid of the darkness, she knows how to enjoy the long sleep through winter, she can guide us to see what we can let go of, what needs to be released, and what we can begin to manifest for the next phase in our lives. As we begin to sink deeper into the darkness of autumn and winter, as we begin to dream a new dream for our lives.
Letting Mama Bear and your power animals guide you through this sacred phase of your life's journey, can offer you new insights as to how to create the best life possible for yourself, and will always be in harmony with our Earth relations, as we journey together connecting to the path of the heart.
We do this by journeying together, with my words, I guide you on a meditation which will lead you to the lower realm and invite you to connect to your own power animals and Mama Bear. The gongs and cacao will enhance your shamanic brain in its ability to connect deeply into different levels of awareness, going from Beta consciousness, through to alpha, delta and theta, the day-dream states where we are still awake yet able to vision as if in a dream. And of course, I will guide you home again, so you can integrate the experience and bring home the gifts and wisdom to your everyday reality.
The Practical Details
This is a 'pay what you want' ceremony to allow all who can benefit from the ceremonial medicine to attend.
We will join together ONLINE via my YOUTUBE CHANNEL from 6 pm - 7 pm, I will be holding space for you from my Medicine Lodge in my Healing Herb garden, with my gongs to guide you into a blissful state of consciousness and carry you on a journey into the upper realms of shamanic consciousness, to the heart of the sky, where we will connect our consciousness with our spirit guides, our higher self and our soul group.
After our ceremony ONLINE from 7 pm - 8 pm, I will be holding space for whoever wants to stay a while longer on a ZOOM call. With the other folks attending the event and me, to share our experience in circle, to integrate and learn a little more about the shamanic path as questions and answers arise.
This is a closed circle and is only available to those who book a FREE ticket online, to maintain confidentiality and the sacredness of the experience.

Cacao ceremony is an ancient Mayan shamanic practice, where we gather together in ceremony to drink ceremonial cacao. With Sorrell's assistance, we develop our ability to create blissful trance states for our healing and spiritual awakening. During our online events, we use techniques like deep meditation, guided shamanic journeying and breathwork to facilitate the deepening of our trance states.
