Unfortunately, the stresses and traumas of everyday life get in the way of this transformational intimacy.

Thankfully there are ancient practices to re-establish this connection, and modern science has proven them.

Tantric practices teach us how to feel fully alive, with a heightened sense of pleasure and self-awareness. When we awaken to the healing power of our own intimacy and being available to all our sensations and emotions, we also get to experience the gifts of our creativity, sacred sexuality, and our intuitive intelligence.

During this one-of-a-kind experience, couples will learn:

1. Tantric Breathing exercises to get out of your head and into your body.
2. Presencing exercises to create a calm and open body-mind.
3. Sensual and conscious touch techniques to raise your libido and ignite romance, and passion from within and with your partner.
4. Learn about the power of our words (especially what we say during intimacy) using NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) techniques to stimulate deeper intimacy and more authentic communication for yourself and your partner.

This Online Masterclass will close with a couples ritual to enjoy the rest of the evening!

Classes are designed for partners, friends, couples, or singles who bring a friend to the virtual class. This is an introductory Tantra class, however depending on what the group wishes to learn that attends, this class is open to be more intimately created!
