Girl Scouts investigate different types of rope and their characteristics and uses in nautical settings, as well as practice basic knots as they learn the best knots to use in different situations. This is a good workshop for Girl Scout Mariners. Registration includes a Ropes and Knots Kit and a Ropes and Knots Fun Patch.
