Online Character Improv Jam with Jen DeHaan!

Come practice creating and sustaining new improv characters! This jam will have a combination of character-focused improv exercises, drills, and some easy to follow long-form improv.

Meet new people and learn fun skills for making your characters big and expressive while establishing their point of view.

About your facilitator:

Jen has learnt some improv at various different schools including WGIS, Second City, Pack Theater, Queen City Comedy, and more. She grows seeds for food gardens on Vancouver Island, focusing on rare, heirloom and open-source plant varieties. Jen’s background is in web software, tech writing, web/graphic/instructional design, urban dance fitness instruction, and nutrition. She has a website filled with plant based recipes, two dogs, and once had a fun time participating in semi-rural vaudeville theater.
