Please join us for the Online Autumn Wagashi Workshop with Larry Tiscornia and Kimika Takechi senseis (Chanoyu Urasenke Instructors, San Francisco). The senseis will be teaching two iconic seasonal wagashi recipes: Inoko Mochi (亥の子餅), "wild boar" glutinous rice cake traditionally served in November and on "robiraki" (opening of the sunken hearth) celerations - the second wagashi is Kuri Kinton (chestnut confection).
