Does the holiday season cause you stress? *What will you experience each week? This series is designed to be a progressive exploration, with each class building upon the last. Guiding you towards a peaceful holiday season where you can be present, relaxed and calm. Each week will be dedicated to a specific theme to move through the season mindfully and intentionally.
*Class Dates & Focus:
Week #1 – Friday, December 19th: Winter Solstice – Ignite & Inner Light Of Awareness
Week #2 – Friday, December 26th: Post Holiday – Ground & Tense-Release
Week #3 – Friday, January 2nd: New Year – Reset & Intention Setting
*Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone – all levels are welcome to join. Anyone seeking to stress less this holiday season and give themselves the gift of peace of mind and body with yoga techniques to wrap up all together.

*What will you need? Please have a chair, yoga mat, blanket or pillow, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Students are encouraged to have a journal and pen/pencil.
*Can’t make it during the scheduled class time? Register to receive access to the video content for 5 days! You are encouraged to attend all classes. Have to miss a week? You’ll still receive access to the video content so you don’t miss out! The holidays can be stressful… participating in each session offers you the opportunity to move through the holiday season presently, mindfully and intentionally.
