The way people work has drastically changed since the pandemic, and we are seeing an emergent style of hybrid working now taking hold. People are spending less time in boardrooms and in the office and instead working from home or other remote locations. When staff is in the office there are now often multiple different locations they can choose to work from with different types of casual to formal set-ups. Hybrid work has become the new normal.

In the simplest terms a hybrid workplace is one that consists of employees who work in the office, while others work remotely, and generally allows for more freedom over when and where work is completed.

Considering the expanding role of hybrid work as a hub for collaboration, inspiration, and innovation, Loop is looking for your insight about what the next great hybrid working product could be!

Everything from a modular desk to an innovative mobile app can complement hybrid work. We invite you to submit a design concept based on the theme of the “future of the hybrid workspace” for a chance to win a $750 first prize!
