Start the day with us as we welcome the sun in a special Sunrise Yoga session held outdoors in our parking lot. This all-levels flow will invigorate your body, refresh your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Join us for a morning of mindful movement, with the early morning light as our backdrop. Be sure to bring your mat!
What to Bring: Your yoga mat and water bottle. No prior yoga experience required—just come as you are!
