One Trip Over the Moon presents One Day of Healing

One Trip Over the Moon, LLC is a safe space, where like-minded persons desiring freedom from oppression and restless with their current circumstances, are willing to explore new ways to connect with self, others, and nature.

Our 1-day Healing Retreat is an amazingly affordable way to kick start a new healing journey or enhance already established self-care practices by building such connections through music,art, movement, and meditation workshops.

This is an Eco-friendly event. This is a mostly outdoor event so be prepared with comfortableclothes and shoes/sneakers as if you are going on a nature walk.

Beginners Yoga Flow, or Grounding/Release Ceremony)

11:00am-11:50am Second Break Out Session- registrants choose between (Beginners Yoga Flow &

Art Expression)

1:00pm-1:50pm Third Break Out Session- registrants choose between (Intro to Belly Dancing, Yoga

Flow, Self-Guided Experience around the grounds)
