We are excited to announce our four session Pregnancy and Postpartum exercise series! Classes will be held on Saturday mornings from 9 am to 10 am starting October 19th to November 9th in our awesome, massive new space! Everyone is welcome regardless of where you are at in your pregnancy/postpartum journey. The class will be tailored most to those who are currently pregnant and/or those who are wanting to build a good foundation to get into exercise that is safe and effective postpartum.
A yoga block will be provided to you as part of the course. Enrolling will also enter you for a chance to win a giveaway basket full of goodies at the end of the series, including an opportunity to have a free session of dry needling with Laiken or a free session of myofascial work with Kirstin! You'll get a bonus entry if you attend all four sessions. How can you pass that up?
