The event focuses on three key areas:

• Meet employers who are actively looking to recruit new staff
• Brush up on your interview skills
• Get help writing or updating your CV
  

Health & Wellbeing

• COVID-19 vaccinations
  
• Know your numbers – get your blood pressure checked, find out your BMI (Body Mass Index)
  
• Cancer awareness
  
• How to get ‘Fit for Life’
  

Interactive

• Talks on health & wellbeing
  
• Interactive fitness sessions (ie simple yoga moves to ease stress)
  

So come along and experience a new way of working and living that fits with who you are now and who you want to become.
