One Shot is running TWO Youth Strength & Conditioning Camps this summer!
These camps are designed to help kids build confidence, strength, coordination, speed, and athleticism in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll mix in games, relays, team challenges, conditioning, and movement training to keep them active and engaged all week long.
Session 1: June 22-25 (2:30-4:00 PM)
Session 2: July 20-23 (2:30-4:00 PM)
Cost is $299 per camp and we’re capping each session at just 10 kids so coaching stays hands-on and personalized.
