About this Event
This 4-hour course is designed to improve the investigation and prosecution of sexual assault cases by teaching law enforcement and prosecutors legally defensible one-party consent call best practices.
Law Enforcement: This training is AZPOST credit approved.
Prosecutors: This training may qualify for CLE.
This training will be instructed by Cindi Nannetti, JD (Ret. Pima and Maricopa County Attorney) and Phil Hodgkins (Ret. Surprise Police Department).
