The One Page Salon (called “the best literary evening in town” by the Austin American-Statesman) is a monthly reading series presented in communities across Texas by the Writers’ League of Texas.
Five outstanding writers will read one page from a work in progress, which means the audience will be among the first to hear new material from our talented line-up: Lakiesha Carr, Amanda Churchill, Maya Golden, Manuel Luis Martinez, plus The Garret’s own Executive Director Aaron Glover. Mix in a bit of literary chit chat, fun & games, laughter and so much more for an evening you don’t want to miss!
The One Page Salon will take place at the Apprentice Creative Space in Oak Cliff (919 Morrell Ave). Your host for the evening will be WLT Executive Director Becka Oliver.
