To ulike bedrifter, men med én ting til felles; våren 2022 tok vi begge steget og startet opp for oss selv. Nå skal det feires og dere er invitert til selskapelighetene, kommende brudepar eller ei.Helena Vintage vet å lage god stemning og Cavolo Nero Cooking skaper magi på kjøkkenet. Kanskje bør nettopp italienske Costanza stå for maten i deres bryllup eller selskap? Hun kan sørge for en meny utenom det vanlige og tilpasser seg kundens ganer.
Tirsdag 30.mai dekkes det for apéritif og 3-retters middag, samt levende musikk på flotte Fredriksborg selskapsokaler på Bygdøy. Med oss har vi fiolinisten Galina Panayotova og dyktige Sarah Bøhn, kjent fra The Voice. Sistnevnte holder stemningsfull mini-konsert etter middagen.
På menyen står følgende:
*Costanza's Vitello Tonnato
*Blåbærrisotto med ostefondue av pecorino
*Sitronmousse med jordbærcoulis
Pris: 1100kr. Inkluderer apéritif, 3-retters middag, kaffe/te, samt konsert. Foretrukket drikke til maten kjøpes på stedet.

Helena Vintage knows how to create the perfect atmosphere and Cavolo Nero Cooking creates magic in the kitchen. Maybe Italian Costanza will be the one to cook in your upcoming wedding or event? She can make a menu out of the ordinary, according to the the customer's preferences.
Along with us we have the violinist Galina Panayotova and singer Sarah Bøhn, known from The Voice. The latter will have a mini-concert after dinner.

*Blueberries Risotto with Pecorino cheese fondue
*Lemon Mousse with Strawberry coulis
Price: 1100kr. Includes apéritif, 3-course meal, coffee/tea and the concert. Beverages sold beside.
