You're invited to a magical night of healing and community at the new One Life Yoga located on Lake Ave!
Join us for an evening of wellness and togetherness in celebration of this new chapter at our new home. We'll have yoga, breathwork, soundhealing, chair massage, intuive readings, kirtan, and more.
Evening Schedule:
6 PM: Doors Open
6:30 PM: Yoga
7 PM: Breathwork + Sound Meditation
8 PM: Kirtan with Saffron Skies
- Chair Massage with The Salt Studio
- Intuitive Readings with Alex Reed
- Plant-based nourishment
