Deepen your practice and become a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher! We are thrilled to announce our 200-HR YTT.Together we’ll dive into what it means to embody this ancient practice in a modern world.
Our intention with this training is to help you navigate the wide-world of yoga in a meaningful and personal way, while providing a strong foundation that enables you to authentically share your practice, perspective and teaching with others.
Our style of yoga is an integrated, non-dogmatic expression of yoga influenced by a broad study of various yoga traditions including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, along with philosophies such Zen, Daoism, and the Five Elements.
Our approach is one that encourages a healthy relationship to oneself and others, avoids injury, and prolongs a healthy life.
Expand your understanding and knowledge of yoga philosophy, functional anatomy and physiology, while cultivating the skills you need to lead thoughtful and inspiring classes. Learn how to integrate ethical considerations with the business and marketing of yoga as it pertains to this ever-evolving industry. You will finish this training with the tools you need to be a genuine, knowledgeable, and well-rounded teacher.
