For so many years, 237 Mohawk wasn’t just a house—it was a place where everyone felt welcome. Nana and Bampa created the magic that this home turned into.
If you grew up in Bronte, chances are you’ve been through those doors at least once. Whether you stopped by for a quick visit that somehow turned into hours, shared a drink around the kitchen table, celebrated a milestone, or found yourself at one of the many impromptu gatherings, this house holds a little piece of so many people’s stories.
There was never a need for an invitation. You could always pop in to say hello, and you were guaranteed a warm welcome, great conversation, plenty of laughs, and probably someone insisting you stay just a little longer.
The time has come for our family to say goodbye to the house that meant so much to all of us —and to so many others. Before it begins its next chapter, we’d love to open the doors one last time to the friends, neighbours, and extended family who helped make it so special.
Please join us for one final gathering to celebrate two incredible people, the memories made within these walls, and the community they created simply by making everyone feel at home.
