Heather Hale is the Quality Analyst, Stroke and Chest Pain Coordinator at Highpoint Health Sumner, where she has served for the past five years. With over 15 years of experience as a critical care nurse and a BSN from Cumberland University, Heather brings deep clinical knowledge and a passion for improving patient outcomes. She is committed to strengthening stroke and cardiac care within the hospital and educating the community on lifesaving practices.Join us for a hands-on, easy‑to‑understand class on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac emergencies, when and how to safely use an AED, and the simple steps of Hands‑Only CPR. We’ll practice on a training device so everyone leaves feeling confident, empowered, and prepared to take quick action that could save a life.
One Hour Wonder occurs every-other-month and is a lunch-n-learn program designed to educate members on various topics relevant to business operations in diverse industries. This program is a unique opportunity to fuel body and mind while connecting with other professionals.
