The sacred practice of Holding Space is the heartbeat of a sister circle. It is a return to an ancient, necessary form of community support that reminds us we are not alone. By holding space for each other, we not only help our sisters flourish, but we also heal ourselves, recognizing that we are all interconnected vessels of love, light, and power.
