Brick Pressed Chicken (gluten-free)- slater chicken with charred garlicky broccolini, roasted fingerlings, lemon pan jus and gremolata
Spring Summer Salad (with or without grilled chicken)- little gem, pea shoots, strawberries, toasted almond shards, marinated feta, strawberry rhubarb dressing
