Join LuAnn Dunkinson, JWS President and award winning artist for this one-day workshop. Designed for beginners, this workshop introduces the techniques, materials, and vocabulary of watercolor painting. The project will consist of painting from a colorful summer themed still life, and will explore the fundamentals of shape, line, and color. Students will learn about watercolor brushes, papers, and pigments, as well as learning basic techniques such as washes. From 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Jacksonville Gem and Mineral Society.
Fees for members - $95 and for non-members $125.
