One Day Somatic Yoga Retreat

After so many years of practice, growth, and shared experiences, it feels surreal to be offering my final yoga retreat in Hong Kong. For those of you who have been with me on this journey—some from the very beginning—this retreat is a chance for us to come together one last time.

Over the years, we’ve explored movement, breath, and the depths of self-awareness. This retreat will be a reflection of that journey, with somatic yoga practices that help to release tension, reawaken the body, and dive deep into inner wisdom. It's not just about the physical practice, but about the connection we’ve built and the community we’ve nurtured.

I can’t wait to practice with you one last time, and yes, there will still be plenty of reminders to breathe! Let’s close this chapter with some laughter, a little less tension (both physical and mental), and a lot of gratitude for the journey we’ve shared.
