Join us for a hybrid one-day retreat at the Atlantic Buddhist Meditation Centre at 817 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. and online.
There will be zazen, kinhin and a dharma talk.

We are looking for volunteers to bring soup, bread, and cookies. If you are able to, you can sign up for these roles at the same link. When you sign up, please also let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions.
